Load Return Cylinder
Retracts under external load or gravity. The simplest, most cost-effective choice for lifting and tipping duty.
Spring Return Cylinder
An internal spring returns the piston the moment pressure drops. Built for clamping, pressing and light automation.
Telescopic Cylinder — Single Acting
Multi-stage stroke from a short retracted length. Standard on tippers, dump bodies and lifting platforms.
Clevis Mounting Cylinder
Articulates with the load through its arc, so side loading never reaches the seals. For pivoting linkages.
Tie Rod Cylinder — Double Acting
Tie rod construction strips down for service without cutting a weld. The workhorse for fixed machinery.
Trunnion Mounting Cylinder
Body-mounted trunnion pins give a stable pivot for angular motion. Common on booms and tilting frames.
Foot Flange Mounting Cylinder
Bolts flat to a machine bed and spreads load across the flange. Rigid mounting with minimal vibration.
Front Flange Mounting Cylinder
Flange-bolted for centreline loading and precise alignment. The mounting of choice inside presses.
Pin Mounting Cylinder
Pin eyes at one or both ends absorb misalignment and drop in fast. Standard on mobile equipment.
Spherical Bearing Cylinder
A spherical bearing at the clevis lets the cylinder self-align, cutting seal wear on off-axis loads.
Telescopic Cylinder — Double Acting
Hydraulic control on both strokes, so the stages retract on command rather than under gravity.
Y-Pin Mounting Cylinder
Y-bracket and through-pin carry high loads in a compact footprint. For heavy-duty articulating duty.
Hydraulic Power Pack Unit
Pump, motor, valving and reservoir on one frame, sized to your pressure and flow. Electric, diesel or PTO drive.
Hydraulic Press Machine

- (01)In-house: CNC machining, honing, chrome plating, assembly and pressure testing. Nothing critical is subcontracted.
Quality
Quality you can measure
Raw material is NABL lab-tested before it reaches the shop floor. Every cylinder is pressure-tested above its rated working pressure before dispatch, and ships with test certificates and full material traceability.
- (01)Our facility operates to ISO 9001:2015. Seals are sourced from established brands only — the single component most responsible for a cylinder outliving its warranty.
Facility
One facility, start to finish
Our Rajkot plant covers the whole build: CNC machining, bore honing, chrome plating, assembly and pressure testing. Keeping every critical operation in-house is what lets us hold tolerances and quote a lead time we can actually meet.
- (01)Cylinder bores run from 50 mm to 1000 mm and piston rods from 30 mm to 900 mm. Stroke, operating pressure and mounting are specified per order — there is no standard range to design around.
How it works
From enquiry to delivery
Four steps, and you approve the drawing before anything is cut.
(01)Share your requirement
Application, operating pressure, stroke length and mounting type. A sketch or an old part number is enough to start.
(02)Engineering review
Our team designs the solution and sends drawings for your approval, with alternatives where a change saves cost or lead time.
(03)Manufacturing
Precision-machined, honed, plated and assembled in our Rajkot facility under engineer supervision.
(04)Testing and dispatch
Pressure-tested above rated working pressure, then shipped with test certificates and material traceability.
Quality
1.5×Every cylinder tested at 1.5× its working pressure before it leaves the facility.
