Hydraulic Press Machine

H-frame, C-frame and four-column presses for forming, deep drawing, stamping and assembly work.

Hydraulic Press Machine

Technical specifications

KBR Engineers manufactures a complete range of Hydraulic Press Machines designed for the diverse needs of industries including automotive, metal fabrication, plastic molding, rubber processing, electronics, and heavy engineering.

Our hydraulic presses deliver consistent, controllable force throughout the entire stroke — unlike mechanical presses that deliver peak force only at the bottom of the stroke. This makes hydraulic presses ideal for operations requiring sustained pressure, adjustable speed, and precise force control: deep drawing, forming, bending, punching, forging, compression molding, and assembly.

We offer press configurations including H-frame (4-column) for heavy-duty and large-bed operations, C-frame (gap frame) for easy workpiece access from three sides, four-column guided platen for precision forming, and custom configurations for specialized applications.

Each press features a heavy-duty welded steel frame, precision-guided platens, integrated hydraulic power pack, safety interlocks and guards, and controls ranging from basic manual to fully programmable PLC-based automation. Capacities range from 5 tons for light workshop use to 5000+ tons for heavy industrial forming.

Every press machine is fully assembled, tested under load, and calibrated in our facility before delivery. We provide complete installation, commissioning, and operator training support.
